Vice President and Delivery Manager at Citizens, where she leads a specialized team of analysts responsible for conducting Third Party Cyber Assessment Control Validations across the organization’s third-party population. Her role encompasses managing strategic relationships with both internal business units and external third parties, while delivering insightful, risk-based evaluations of control effectiveness and adequacy.
Deb oversees the execution of Third-Party Vendor Assessment (TPVA) reviews, offering expert opinions on the strength of third-party control environments and identifying areas of concern. As a key member of the leadership team, she collaborates with enterprise policy owners to ensure control frameworks remain current and responsive to evolving threat landscapes.
With 17 years of experience at Citizens, Deb rejoined the Business Services Risk team in 2019 after serving as Vendor Risk Manager at Santander Bank NA, where she supported both Vendor Management and Regulatory Compliance Assessment functions. She brings over a decade of risk management expertise, including 12 years focused specifically on third-party assessments. Deb holds certifications in Anti-Money Laundering Certified Associate (AMLCA) and Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP).
